Teenager Charged For Throwing Eggs At Justin Bieber On Stage

A 17-year-old boy has been charged with throwing eggs at teen sensation, Justin Bieber, during a Sydney, Australia concert last week. The young man has made his first appearance in court to answer the charges filed against him.

Bieber narrowly missed being pelted on the head, as eggs descended during his performance, leading his supporters to slam the incident on Twitter. According to the Associated Press, "Police say the boy broke into the arena through the roof. He was released on bail and is to enter a plea next month."

Ashley Leavell was seated in a IHop restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia, when she was confronted by local police, who demanded she and her three friends leave the eatery. Leavell and her friends said they were told by a man, who they did not know was a police officer, as he did not identify himself, "Shut up, be quiet, you need to leave." The officer, who was not wearing a policeman's cap, began to drag one of the women out of her seat.

This is when Leavell intervened, attempting to hold her friend in the chair. The police officer is seen on video slapping Leavell across the face. She responds by hitting him back. His fellow officer then struck petite Leavell as well, with the two punching her in the face, as though she is a massive man attacking them. The video was uploaded to YouTube, prompting public cries of police brutality and excessive force. The women have retained an Atlanta attorney to sue the police and understandably so.

A black South Florida District Judge, Illona Holmes, was held at gunpoint on Easter Sunday, as she and her family were the subject of a mistaken identity case. A neighbor called to report a suspected burglary, but the police went to the wrong house.

The police, who are accused of not identifying themselves, stormed the property of Holmes' sister, Carmita Scarlett, demanding everyone exit the home. Scarlett, who cried over the incident, says she looked through her kitchen window, only to see a man with a gun pointed at her, who she later discovered was a police officer.

Holmes, who is licensed to carry a weapon, drew her gun and ran forward, when she heard her sister scream, "There is a man with a gun and he's going to shoot me!" The judge then exclaimed, "Who are you? What are you doing?" and that's when they finally identified themselves as the police. A officer recognized the judge, after she identified herself and ordered his fellow policemen to lower their guns. The officer also temporarily confiscated the judge's weapon and removed the bullets.

The police officers then got into an argument with the family. According to Scarlett, the officers behaved as though they were the victims and not the family, who is upset they have not been given an apology over the incident. An officer who had a gun on Scarlett told her, "I was fearing for my life. Forget it - I'm out of here."

Judge Holmes has retained noted attorney, Kendall Coffey, to represent her in the matter, but has not disclosed whether she will file suit. In short, this family could have been killed and that is very serious. There seems to be a rash of police officers not identifying themselves as such, before approaching people in an aggressive, physical manner. That is a recipe for disaster.

A few days ago, I misread a news headline, which I thought said Chicago Bulls’ star basketball player, Derek Rose, got arrested for DUI and thinking about the Miami Heat and the playoffs, I said yay! Turns out it was another basketball player, Jalen Rose. Wrong Rose! Got my hopes up for nothing! Sorry, it’s the playoffs and people sometimes get desperate anxious.

12-year-old Osman Daramay, attempted to rip the hijab off the head of a 12-year-old Muslim girl in New York and was arrested for committing a hate crime against his fellow student. However, his dad, Frank Davies, argues that this is nonsense, as his son is also a Muslim.

He does have a point. That's like two white American born citizens of the same religion getting into a fight and one yanking off the other's hat or two Israeli Jewish people arguing and one yanking off the other's yarmulke. It's hard to call the aforementioned examples hate crimes.

What you have is a troubled young man that needs to have his butt kicked by his parents, to remind him to respect others' property and personal space. Maybe the police did not have the full story when they made the arrest and judging by young Daramay harassing his fellow student, then throwing a birdie at the press, his parents have their hands full.

As a result, this week, the authorities declared there is "insufficient evidence" to pursue a case against the wayward, fallen, former child star. Lohan, whose life is absent of consequences for chronic criminal conduct, shall no doubt celebrate this corrupt victory by getting drunk and high. Keep it up though and one of these days it is going to stick.

The ABC network has declined to press charges against woman beating, r&b singer, Chris Brown, after he flew into a rage, broke a window at their New York studios and threatened members of staff. The Sony Music recording artist became angry when questioned about his past.

The British police in Liverpool, England, have relented in their earlier safety precautions and allowed singer, Justin Bieber, to go out onto the balcony of his hotel and wave to his fans that came out to greet the teen star. Hollywood actor, Charlie Sheen, who is in the middle of a mental and marriage crisis, has lost custody of his children, to his most recent ex-wife, Brooke Mueller. Mueller alleges Sheen threatened her by stating he will, "Cut off (her) head, put it in a box and send it to (her) mom."

Mueller filed for a restraining order and was granted full custody. However, here's the problem, both Mueller and Sheen are rampant cocaine users. In fact, they did cocaine just last week. The children should not be in their care, as they both have serious issues that create a dangerous environment for the twins, Bob and Max Sheen. Until the former duo becomes sober and sane, someone like Sheen's dad should have custody.

In other news, Sheen is thinking about launching his own cologne. I'm sure he will call it "winning" as that seems to be his favorite word of late, but ironically something he is not doing. He has lost custody of his children and his show. If he is not careful, he will lose his life as well to erratic behavior, mental illness and drug use.

And who didn't see this coming after all the warnings. Sony Music pop singer, drug addict and alcoholic, Christina Aguilera, was arrested, along with her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler, for drunk driving.

The two had dinner in Los Angeles, replete with bottles of wine, then unwisely hit the road. Police spotted their vehicle driving erratically and pulled them over. Aguilera, 30 and Rutler, 25, were arrested and detained. Charges will be filed against Rutler, who was driving the vehicle. Aguilera will not be charged.

As the Judiciary Report exclusively stated two weeks ago, Aguilera is an alcoholic and drug addict . She has now proved the site correct on half of said claims made two weeks ago, via getting arrested today for being drunk. Many in the entertainment industry also know of her cocaine habit.

It's time for rehab. Now that she has been publicly detained by police, maybe she will get into a good rehabilitation program, as this latest incident could have turned deadly via a car smash, had the cops not intervened.
