Why Has Obama Given Billions Of Dollars To A Terrorist Organization

It was reported this week that U.S. President, Barack Obama, has given $3 billion dollars in American taxpayer money to the Muslim Brotherhood. However, what some do not know is, the FBI has designated them an organization that supports terrorism. Yes, you read that right - terrorism. President Obama has also given millions of dollars to the rebels in Libya, who are self-confessed Al Qaeda members.

Therefore, what's going on here. Why is the President of the United States of America, forking over huge sums of taxpayer money to people and groups officially designated terrorists. If a U.S. citizen or resident dared give a dollar to any group the FBI classified a terrorist organization or those with links to such entities, indictments, arrests and lengthy prison sentences would ensue. I for one, don't want my tax money spent that way (and once again, I have paid taxes and amazingly my copyrights did as well).

This is exactly how the terrorist that became Osama Bin Laden was born. The White House and CIA engaged violent men in the Middle East, gave them a fortune in U.S. taxpayer money, $3 billion (again), to fight a perceived enemy, Russia, only for the relationship to sour a few years later and innocent American civilians have been paying the price for it ever since, in appalling acts of murder in the name of terrorism and Allah. It’s time to break the cycle or history will repeat itself again.

FBI: Muslim Brotherhood supports terrorism

February 10, 2011 06:12 pm EST - Muslim Brotherhood, the banned opposition political outfit in Egypt, supports terrorism according to FBI Director Robert Muller. Muller made the statement during a Congressional hearing on Thursday where lawmakers said that the group is using peaceful protests in Egypt to grab power.

“Elements of the Muslim Brotherhood here and overseas have supported terrorism,” Muller said in response to a question at a hearing on “Worldwide Threats” by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Muller, who refrained to give any further information in an open session, said that the United States has no relationship with Muslim Brotherhood.

Obama to provide $3 Billion in support to Muslin Brotherhood in Egypt

May 20th, 2011 1:34 pm ET - One day after making a historic speech in calling for Israel to give up Jerusalem, President Obama is planning on providing $3 Billion in cash and debt forgiveness to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt.

On May 19th, President Obama laid out a plan to forgive Egypt of over $1 Billion in debt. This debt forgiveness is on top of the $2 Billion additional funds the Obama administration plans to provide in foreign aid to the Middle Eastern nation.

I saw the photo posted above today and burst out laughing. If looks could kill. Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, is looking at U.S. President, Barack Obama, like he wants to body slam him, over proposing he divide up the nation of Israel, in favor of Palestine. The Judiciary Report is not in favor of Obama's proposal.

Osama Killing Is A Call To Arms For Extremist Muslims

The Associated Press is stating, the killing of Al Qaeda terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, has produced terrible results among extremist. Al Qaeda's news site "al-Fajr" has stated, the U.S. government committed a "serious sin" in killing Osama. The site goes on to state, Muslims are being called upon to avenge his death.

Regrettably, Osama's slaying is being used as a call to arms for extremist Muslims. Another point of concern is Osama's murder being used as a tool to draw moderate Muslims to violence they normally would not participate in. This is the line extremists are pushing to attract more people to their misguided cause.

Bin Laden's death has also crossed other lines in the Muslim world, as the Taliban, who say they have a different ideology from Bin Laden's Al Qaeda, responded to his death with a suicide bombing that killed 80 in Pakistan. They took are engaging in acts of revenge and over someone they state they did not see eye to eye with.

Once again, it is lamentable President Obama did not arrest Bin Laden, rather than issuing the kill order. The government could have put him on trial and deconstructed the myths surrounding this man that made him popular to some Muslims.

Instead, it is being stated by some, President Obama had an unarmed man killed in his home, in violation of international law. Bin Laden's son, Omar, is even using it as a basis to say Obama is no better than his dad was in killing civilians.

The Judiciary Report is not sad for Osama, but concerned about what the slaying will mean for the West, when innocent men, women and children are made to pay the price for other people's madness. Any way you look at it, this simply is not fair.

Reuters Osama Death Photo Does Not Look Like Him

A photo of a corpse, released by Reuters, allegedly purchased from an unnamed U.S. government official, implies it is that of Osama Bin Laden, in spite of the fact it is labeled, "Unidentified body of a man is seen after a raid by U.S. Navy Seals."

For one, the subject in the photo looks too young to be 54-years-old, as Bin Laden is said to be. The person in the photo is in his 20s-30s. Secondly, the man in the photo does not look like Osama Bin Laden. Thirdly, the injuries described by the White House, as having been sustained by Osama Bin Laden, are not present on the corpse in the Reuters photo (bullet wound above the left eye). Finally, President Obama is still stating he will not release the photo of Osama Bin Laden's corpse, so who is that in the Reuters picture.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, the president has made the wrong decision in this matter, regarding withholding all evidence of Bin Laden's death. There are many people in America, Britain, Europe and the Arab world, who do not believe Bin Laden is dead, based on what is being written online. It is causing widespread speculation and creating a black mark on Obama's presidency, as many are stating he is lying about Bin Laden's death.

Another point of importance is the Navy Seals' name is being brought into disrepute, as some are stating the entire story of Bin Laden's death is an elaborate hoax concocted by the Obama Administration. Lastly, aspects of the Osama kill story are being retracted by the Obama Administration, after White House officials made public statements to the contrary. This needs to desist, as some are mocking this fact and implying the president is lying about everything.

None of the aforementioned is good for America's name or President Obama, who needs to take definitive action and fast, lest this story turns into a massive negative for him that destroys his presidency and does further damage to his reelection bid. Obama is already perceived worldwide, as having ordered adversarial action against Osama, with people vowing revenge. Therefore, releasing the photo is not going to do that much more damage.

Muslim scholars are speaking out today, stating the manner in which the Obama Administration buried terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, in the North Arabian Sea, was not in accordance to Islamic law. It is being said, a Muslim killed on land, is to be buried on land, with his head towards mecca.

It is only permissible to bury a Muslim at sea, if they died at sea and there are no options available in providing a speedy internment on land. One scholar stated, "It is almost a crime to bury a Muslim" in the manner the Obama Administration interred Osama Bin Laden.

Dubai’s highest official of religious law, grand mufti Mohammed al-Qubaisi, said: ‘Sea burials are permissible for Muslims in extraordinary circumstances. This is not one of them. They can say they buried him at sea, but they cannot say they did it according to Islam. If the family does not want him it’s really simple in Islam. You dig up a grave anywhere, even on a remote island, you say the prayers and that’s it."

The USS Carl Vinson chucked Osama into the North Arabian Sea in a body bag. Can you say "Jaws." However, if the body bag was sealed well enough, the corpse would go under the radar of a shark's keen sense of smell.

Abdul Sattar al-Janabi stated, "What was done by the Americans is forbidden by Islam and might provoke some Muslims. It is not acceptable and it is almost a crime to throw the body of a Muslim man into the sea." Omar Bakri Mohammed said, "The Americans want to humiliate Muslims through this burial.’

Bin Laden was killed on May 1, 2011, in Abbottabad, Pakistan, along with his teenage wife and one of his sons. Osama was 54-years-old when he was killed, yet had lived for roughly 5-years with a bride that died a teenager, based on the age of the house and when they reportedly moved in.

This means Osama married her when he was roughly 50-years-old and she was 14-years-old or younger, which is frowned upon in the West. Let's face it, no one that young is ready for sex or marriage.

Osama Bin Laden. I still can't believe they buried that negro at sea like Megatron. I take it, Obama is now Optimus Prime or Optimus Obama. Really, I think the President is taking movie night at the White House too seriously.

Some are disputing Bin Laden's death. However, a photo surfaced on Arab news stations, which filtered over to some American blogs and in looking at the snap, it appears to be a close up of the corpse of Osama Bin Laden. It looks very much like him (yet, ironically, nothing like the FBI's ridiculous age progression photo).

In the corpse photo, Bin Laden is quite recognizable. Osama's eyes are closed and depressed (sunken in) as the intracranial pressure from gunshot wound to the head, forced his eyes from their sockets. The picture is not as gory as you would think, but it is still quite morbid to look at, due to the head wound.

12-year-old Osman Daramay, attempted to rip the hijab off the head of a 12-year-old Muslim girl in New York and was arrested for committing a hate crime against his fellow student. However, his dad, Frank Davies, argues that this is nonsense, as his son is also a Muslim.

He does have a point. That's like two white American born citizens of the same religion getting into a fight and one yanking off the other's hat or two Israeli Jewish people arguing and one yanking off the other's yarmulke. It's hard to call the aforementioned examples hate crimes.

What you have is a troubled young man that needs to have his butt kicked by his parents, to remind him to respect others' property and personal space. Maybe the police did not have the full story when they made the arrest and judging by young Daramay harassing his fellow student, then throwing a birdie at the press, his parents have their hands full.

America has an official policy that states the nation, "Does not negotiate with terrorists." However, reports have surfaced today, regarding U.S. President, Barack Obama, doing just that, as he has signed a "secret order" authorizing the CIA to aid rebels in Libya, fighting against President Muammar Gadhafi.

As reports from the rebels revealed last week, their makeshift military contains Al Qaeda members. Yes, the same Al Qaeda the U.S. government officially branded the worst terrorist group in the world for the past several years. The same Al Qaeda politicians in Washington and the White House have repeatedly called the enemy. Now all of a sudden they're best buddies.

What did I tell you. Just yesterday the Judiciary Report wrote of the CIA's role in this war as, "Libya and Iraq also have two other things in common the CIA and DOD are after like drug addicts to cocaine. Both are oil rich Muslim nations, which means killing two birds with one stone. Get the oil and murder the Muslim extremists is said agencies mantra."

This is so tragic. The irony and hypocrisy are also quite galling. It's only a matter of time before the CIA and the Libyan rebels turn on each other and violently so, but how much will it cost scores of innocent American and Libyan civilians in collateral damage.

First, President Barack Obama stated, his illegal invasion of Libya, to oust President Muammar Gadhafi, would be a military maneuver that would only last a few days, which skeptics doubted, given Washington's history in this regard (see war in Iraq). Then days later, the world found out from U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, the war in Libya will last months (at least), not days, as Obama had stated. The President lied.

The war in Libya will cost the U.S. taxpayers $2 billion dollars per month, while America struggles under the weight of an unprecedented financial depression that has not gone away, due to poor government planning. If the U.S. government wages war in Libya for even 6 months, that's $12 billion dollars down the drain. Do you know how many jobs could be created in America with $12 billion dollars.

This is exactly how the war in Iraq got started. The President (George W. Bush) lied to the American people and the world about going into Iraq to oust its lawful leader and liberate the people, in a deceitful war that has lasted 8 years, cost thousands of soldiers their lives, with over a million civilians dead and four million more displaced to other nations, such as Syria.

One month ago, before the U.S. invasion, the Judiciary Report warned of the dangers of toppling Gadhafi. The site does not agree with Gadhafi or his policies, as illustrated in articles over the past two years, but when one unseats such a dictator, with close ties to terrorists, you have to realize that's who may take over in his stead.

A month after the Judiciary Report published the aforementioned point (Poll: Most Believe Obama Is Handling Libya In The Wrong Way and The Obama Administration's Hand In The Arab World Uprisings), it was announced two days ago in The Telegraph newspaper, the Libyan rebels the U.S. government and its allies are assisting in the region, are AL QAEDA members. The lead rebel admitted it in the paper.

I ask you the public, do you want Al Qaeda, a known terrorist organization, running a country of 6,500,000 people with billions of dollars in oil reserves. They'd never have to worry about financing another terrorist attack on the West. According to reports, Al Qaeda have already stolen missiles in Libya, since Gadhafi went into hiding a week ago.

Does Washington really believe they can control fanatical Al Qaeda and its supporters in the Middle East and Africa. If they can, they have some explaining to do. This invasion is so disappointing on many levels. It is not worse than what Bush has done, but has the potential of getting there.

In reading Twitter, one senses the disappointment from Muslims all over the world, who keep repeating the exact same claim, displaying their disbelief and anger that "another U.S. President" has invaded "a Muslim country." This cannot be good for international relations. It will spawn more fanaticism and hate, as seen with the war in Iraq.

On March 21, 2011 the Judiciary Report stated of Obama's war in Libya, "This is undoubtedly a repeat of Iraq and it shall not end well." Yesterday, March 28, 2011, President Obama stated, "Libya is no Iraq." Well, it sure looks like it.

Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari has been taken into custody, for plotting to blow up the Dallas, Texas residence of former U.S. President, George W. Bush. Aldawsari studied at school in an effort to gain entrance into the United States, with the goal of waging jihad.

By all accounts, he was an intelligent student with good grades. He should have used his education to better his nation. It is a shame he chose to waste his life on plotting acts of violence, even if the target is the most despised war criminals in the world. Bush has provoked world hatred that brought this on his doorstep.

There was a time when America did not have these problems. However, Bush's illegal and deceitful wars in the Middle East, has fostered extremism and the radicalization of many, at home and abroad. People who would not have taken such a drastic and dangerous route in life, did so out of anger and frustration, in response to the unjust wars Bush waged that continue on to this day.

Had these acts not been perpetrated against them by a cruel, spoiled tyrant that lied to his own nation, as a pretext for war to steal oil, America would not have the terrible terrorism problem it has today.

Bush has done more damage to America than anyone in world history and he used nationalism to do so, by twisting the truth. His deeds have endangered America and ironically Bush as well. He is booed at home and abroad, frequently having to cancel appearances. This criminal cruelty and shame shall be his legacy.

Bush should have been prosecuted in the Hague, incarcerated and forced to pay a substantial fine for every American, British and Middle Eastern soldier that died because he lied. He should also be forced to pay a fine for every civilian casualty as well. He should not be allowed to retire in luxury. He should be legally forced to forfeit his freedom and fortune in a court of law, for his crimes against humanity. Here was a man given a podium and opportunity to do something great in life and look at the wickedness, madness and sheer evil he chose to do.

As black history month draws to a close, the Judiciary Report would like to celebrate the accomplishments of black people in America and around the world. The site would also like to take a look at the state of human rights, concerning the treatment of black people by federal law enforcement, particularly the FBI.

A proper legal system is important to any nation, but when it becomes corrupted, problems arise that are harmful to those in society, deemed at a disadvantage due to race. The law is supposed to give each person a fair shake, but as lawsuits against the FBI have shown, they are actively discriminating against, spying on and abusing blacks and other people of color (Muslims). Nothing good is going to come of what is illegally transpiring.

During the civil rights era, black people fought for equal rights and changes were made in the movement's wake. It's appalling that said rights have been systematically trampled and reversed, by the crooked law enforcement agency that is the FBI. Congress has been complicit in these FBI abuses that are worthy of criminal prosecution. As the saying goes, people who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
