The British spy agency, MI6, pawned Al Qaeda this week, by hacking a nefarious bomb making website belonging to the terrorist group, deleting its dangerous instructional manuals and replacing them with cake recipes. Pure comedy! It's good to see the agency has retained its sense of humor. At the end of the day, no one should be disseminating bomb making instructions to the public. No good can come of that.

U.S. President Barack Obama and Congress, have renewed the very unpopular, Patriot Act, extending it for another four years. The Patriot Act grants the FBI and other agencies, the legal right to invasively spy on you in your home, at work and in public.

The FBI, under Robert S. Mueller, repeatedly violated the alleged safeguards written into the Patriot Act legislation and each time they went back to the President and Congress, demanding even more power to pry into Americans' lives.

The FBI has used roving bugs (to listen into people's conversations, via switching on the mic in their mobile phones, anywhere and anytime they feel like). The FBI has also remotely and secretly accessed people's computers and turned on the webcams to spy on them in their homes.

The Patriot Act extends to wiretapping your home and mobile phone, reading your emails, accessing your computers via a software trojan and manufacturer backdoors (CIPAV), scanning your bank accounts, anonymously pulling your credit report, GPS tracking, physical surveillance stalking, if you are targeted by the White House, a member(s) of Congress or the FBI.

However, the Patriot Act has been abused by the government for political control, using the FBI to spy on domestic political rivals, scientists, doctors, journalists and bloggers, in gaining an undue advantage in elections. It has also been used for economic theft, in criminal violation of domestic and international law, to benefit large corporations. The "war on terror" is being used as a "war on privacy" regarding innocent Americans. More often than not, the Patriot Act has been used to spy on innocent people, than actual lawbreakers.

It was nothing but a con to turn America into a police state, where Washington would have complete control and autonomous power, which is unconstitutional. It's a government "for the people by the people" not to spy on the people.

Recently, U.S. President Barack Obama, announced he is seeking to extend the 10-year term of inept, failure prone FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller. Congress established a 10-year term limit on the post, due to the terrible and egregious criminal abuses committed by former FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, who is disgracefully credited with terrorizing civil rights hero, Martin Luther King Jr. and according to former agents, commissioning his murder.

Hoover used illegal spying on innocent people, via abusive wiretaps, audio bugging of homes and offices and delving into financial records, to blackmail Congress and the White House, keeping them under his thumb. He knew all their secrets and would publicly use it if they tried to replace him at the FBI. As such, an unrepentantly evil Hoover held the post until he died (and presumably descended into hell).

Obama is seeking a two year extension for Mueller, a man that has violated the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code for the President, in illegally spying on political enemies, rivals and outspoken critics, giving him the contents of their phone calls, emails, computers, daily movements and financial holdings.

Obama is very grateful and wants to repay him with an extended term, which spits on the Congressional term limit that was appropriately put in place. According to the mainstream press, Congress is expected to approve the extension of Mueller's term, which will please Obama, as the illegal spying to gain a political advantage, can continue.

However, some press outlets are reporting FBI supervisors are not happy with the news and want Mueller gone from the agency. Mueller is known for his abusiveness at the agency, in conduct which extends to unlawfully retaliating against FBI employees that are whistleblowers. Additionally, if one does not kiss Mueller's overrated, power mad backside at the FBI, one is out of a job.

FBI supervisors are calling President Obama a "hypocrite" for keeping Mueller on beyond the term limit. Furthermore, what's the sense of the law, if people consistently seek to flout it from elected and federally appointed posts. It sets a bad example to the watching nation and world.

FBI supervisors and agents are upset that Obama did not seek their opinions before making this rash and damaging decision, especially in a way that would not leave them open to retaliatory abuse from Mueller, which he is famous for in law enforcement circles.

A few quotes reveal the mood at the FBI over the President's presumption self-serving decision, "'People are up in arms about this,' said one agent, who likened the news to 'a shot in the kneecaps.' 'We have lost valuable experience' the agent said. 'I’ve seen people, some really significant contributors to this organization and to this country, who are questioning their self-worth now and who are basically bitter.'"

Yea, one would be bitter when a corrupt FBI Director routinely demands they break the law, illegally spy on innocent Americans and foreign citizens in perverse ways, rough up conscientious objectors that peacefully denounce the wars in the Middle East and cover up a nasty case, where Mueller cost many innocent people their lives.

If you ask me, Mueller is using what he has over Obama to stay in that job for the rest of his life, much like Hoover did to other U.S. Presidents and members of Congress. It was all smiles for the cameras, but behind closed doors, people despised his dirty practices and wanted him gone. History is repeating itself.

Osama Bin Laden Killed, But CIA And FBI Questions Abound

Just three days ago, the Judiciary Report commented on the FBI’s fraudulent composite of Osama Bin Laden. Two days later, the White House reports Osama has been killed. By his own admission, for nearly a year, U.S. President Barack Obama, sat on a tip regarding Osama’s location. However, yesterday, President Obama decided to give the order to kill him.

Osama, an unrepentant man that devoted his days to waging Jihad, which resulted in the deaths of innocent scores of Americans, was buried at sea. Obama’s presidency has too much Hollywood in it - why was Osama buried at sea - is he Megatron from the "Transformers" films.

This form of burial was not a good idea, as it will prompt Muslim searches for the body and add to his folklore in their culture. Though, I normally do not agree with this, cremation would have been best, with Osama's ashes scattered in an unrecoverable manner.

However, it is regrettable Osama was not captured and put on trial (shown on television for national closure), as the Judiciary Report is not in favor of violence. Last week, leaked Wikileaks documents indicated, terrorists have vowed terrible revenge on America and the rest of the West if Osama was killed. Now that he has been, more innocent Americans will sadly be killed over Osama’s death, as terrorists are now working under a renewed sense of rage.

Once again, the Judiciary Report is sorry Osama was not arrested by the government, rather than killed, as it is going to lead to more bloodshed and innocent American lives being lost, over a war the populace never signed up for.

However, there is a very logical explanation as to why the U.S. Government wanted Osama brought in dead, rather than alive and paraded before cameras. Osama knew too much, which could bury a number of U.S. government officials.

Credible reports and documents indicate, Osama was a CIA spy, whose codename was "Tim Osman." It is a well established fact that in 1979, the CIA hired Osama Bin Laden and trained him and others of his ilk, to fight against Russia. The CIA created the monster that was Osama.

The CIA flushed Osama with a massive supply of cash and used him whenever they saw fit. History indicates this is how Al Qaeda was born - thanks to a CIA operation. Osama also became the Boogieman the CIA and FBI used whenever they wanted something terrible done. This is after all, the same CIA and complicit FBI that imported tons of cocaine to Compton, California in America, according to the film "American Drug War."

A leaked, redacted CIA memo, obtained by the What Really Happened website, mentions Osama Bin Laden as a CIA spy, whose codename is "Tim Osman." The Judiciary Report has highlighted the item on the document in red, which states CIA Agent "Osman = Usama/Osama." The document also mentions FBI and Department of Defense (DD) participation. So basically, the U.S. government has killed its own agent, who was no longer expedient or useful.

Many questions abound, as to why former U.S. President, George W. Bush, allowed Osama Bin Laden’s family safe passage out of America, via a government private jet, on September 11, 2001, the day of the worst terrorist attack on the United States. It is a well documented fact, Bush and his family have been friends for years of a number of wealthy Saudi Arabian families, including the Bin Laden clan.

This is the same George W. Bush that lied to the world about Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq, in order to bomb a nation to illegally steal its oil. If I were a head of state under those circumstances, nothing with the name "Bin Laden" would be going anywhere. Immediately, they would all be brought in for questioning, each labeled a "person of interest." Yet, Bush let them all go.

Many find it amazing that 13-years after Osama first bombed Americans, he continued to evaded capture. The most technologically advanced government in the world was mysteriously unable to find this one man.

In August 2010, Former Cuban President, Fidel Castro, like many in international political circles, spotted an item in the leaked Wikileaks cables, pointing to the fact Osama Bin Laden is a CIA spy/agent. Castro stated, "Bush never lacked for Bin Laden's support. He was a subordinate...Any time Bush would stir up fear and make a big speech, Bin Laden would appear, threatening people with a story about what he was going to do. Who showed that he [Bin Laden] is indeed a CIA agent was WikiLeaks. It proved it with documents."

As stated above, Obama knew of Osama’s location for almost a year. The killing of Osama Bin Laden comes at a very fortuitous time for President Obama, who hours earlier became the subject of horrific, condemnatory world press for the bombing of a home belonging to the son of Libya’s President Gadhafi.

The bombing killed Gadhafi’s son and his three underage grandchildren, while the dictator escaped the house alive. Reports also indicate, the Obama ordered military strikes, bombed a Libyan school for disabled children. But hopefully the sudden killing of Osama will deflect attention from all those pesky little war crimes and crimes against humanity, right Mr. President. America, you've been had.

News Corp. chairman, Rupert Murdoch, is embroiled in an illegal wiretapping and hacking scandal, for which he has admitted liability and apologized for criminally spying on people in the entertainment industry and politics.

However, his conduct also wreaks of someone spying on one world government for another. The mere fact he has been caught red-handed hacking and wiretapping politicians and so frequently likes to use his newspapers in attempts to swinging elections in his native Australia, Britain and America, to name a few, forms the profile of a spy.

Rupert Murdoch, his wife and one of his grandkids kids. It's amazing - both he and his children are in diapers (nappies). Ah, the circle of life.

No, not that cloak and dagger stuff and hiding in the bushes outside embassies, looking like the guy from the Pink Panther. If you illegally obtain information on one world government and share it with another, you are a spy selling out a country's national secrets and interests. I have it on good authority Mr. Murdoch has done just that.

I am of the belief Murdoch has become power mad and lost himself in the self-appointed role of king of the world. Well, sorry, no one voted him in that position, so he needs to get a hold of himself. Murdoch has overstepped the mark in a very egregious way and needs to be reined in, as no one should be allowed to so brazenly interfere in world governments and on such an illegal level.

As many of you know, Rupert Murdoch's News International, is at the center of an illegal wiretapping and phone hacking scandal. It is believed hundreds, possibly thousands of people have been affected by the company's crimes in the area of invasion of privacy.

Murdoch and his staff, illegally spied on people in politics and the entertainment industry, then published the private information and secrets they unlawfully heard on wiretaps (transcripts thereof) and read in emails and text messages, via hacking.

In doing so, this made Murdoch and company, illegally privy to the detail of many people's private lives, such as social and medical appointments, personal family illnesses and tragedies, sexual relationships and financial records. These items were illegally printed by News International in their newspapers, as exclusives and scoops.

Rupert Murdoch and his wife Wendi - clearly he is still interested in having sex, marrying someone so pretty and glamorous, otherwise he would have married a real canine like Madonna. Wendi is gonna give this guy a heart attack any day now...

Can you imagine if someone hacked and wiretapped Murdoch and his family and began publishing their private details. Considering Mr. Murdoch's wife Wendi, is roughly 40-years younger than he is, does he have an open prescription for Viagra - or is he impotent.

What if someone illegally spied on Rupert Murdoch and posted his Viagra prescription, any meds he may take for something like a sexually transmitted disease or items from his medical records possibly indicating impotence.

What if someone illegally spied on his sons Lachlan and James and began publishing online, their most sensitive secrets - such as adulterous affairs, STD medications, private psychiatrists' reports, items from their kids medical records - you know, all the things Murdoch's News International published in their newspapers as scoops and exclusives, regarding other people they unlawfully spied on.

One of the most troubling things about the case is Murdoch's son, James, who also works for him, doesn't see the scandal as a big deal, publicly bragging about the number of newspapers they sold by breaking the law. It's as though the public has no rights with this corrupt family. They need a dose of their own medicine, after criminally violating and publicly humiliating so many people for financial gain.

A report in the British press indicates, News Corp. chairman, Rupert Murdoch, illegally wiretapped and hacked, former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown and used the unlawfully obtained items to blackmail him. Not only is Murdoch being accused of blackmail, it is also being stated he used derogatory information gleamed during the illegal spying, to negotiate a better tax rate for News Corp. and its subsidiaries.

This criminal misconduct is highly illegal, not to mention brazenly arrogant. Who is he to hack and wiretap and sitting head of state. Murdoch has crossed the line. In his unlawful surveillance of the British Prime Minister in his own nation, in addition to criminally spying on Members of Parliament, Murdoch has been made illegally privy to national secrets, which is a big no no.

Gordon Brown: he knows my business

As a member of the Commonwealth, I don't like this at all, as Murdoch is not a duly elected government official and should not know national secrets. Full stop. Murdoch has also shown himself to be an unhinged, money obsessed, power hungry, selfish man, looking out for number one and not the common good of the public.

Murdoch is well known in international circles for interfering in world politics. The world governments he is spying on, need to legally take him by the scruff of the neck and remind him why laws were enacted in the first place.

Thanks to the abuse of cutting edge technology, not only were they able to illegally wiretap and hack into people's phones, intercepting communications and all forms of messages, they were unlawfully able to employ what are known as "roving bugs" and utilized the ability to switch on the camera feature in compromised mobile phone units for a greater, sicker level of spying.

Many people in America and the international community, are struggling under the weight of the global financial crisis, which began in the United States. Some are living paycheck to paycheck, while others are unemployed and concerned about losing their homes.

Most people would be satisfied with being able to make their mortgage payments and put food on the table. Yet the Murdochs and Madonnas of this world, who have made money, the latter through very questionable and illegal means, are ungrateful wretches, who not happy unless they are abusing others.

In short, some people have too much time and money on their hands and as a result, stoop to abominable lows the rest of mankind wouldn't dare to plumb, as it is debasing and disgusting. I am of the belief, when such people abuse their freedom, by criminally violating the rights of others, they should go to prison for it, as their conduct sets nasty precedents in society that need to be boxed down swiftly in a court of law, to prevent it ever happening again.

When people become so arrogant they determine their rights are greater than everyone else's and as such, they are somehow entitled to abuse others in very personal, tangible, demeaning and disgraceful ways, they ought to face the full wrath of the law for violating the innocent.

The "Ghost Writer" stars Ewan McGregor and Pierce Brosnan, in a movie that is a complete dig at former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair. This thinly veiled fact is poorly hidden. Brosnan stars as the Blair-esque British Prime Minister, Adam Lang, who helped to facilitate illegal, White House ordered renditions of world citizens. The Prime Minister is brought up on criminal charges for this misconduct by an international tribunal.

Spolier alert: Lang's wife, a university educated professional, also bears resemblance to Cherie Blair, the spouse of Tony Blair. In the film, she is accused of being a treacherous, murderous CIA spy that was recruited during her university days to control Lang. The film even has a Condoleezza Rice look alike as the U.S. Secretary of State. They really were not trying to hide what they were insinuating with this film.

McGregor's character, the Ghost Writer, is hired to assist Lang in completing his memoirs. However, the scandal breaks, regarding criminal charges, just as they begin the book, endangering his very life.

The Ghost Writer is directed by pedophile filmmaker, Roman Polanski. I would not have watched this film had I realized it, but I found out afterwards, after missing the opening credits.

As black history month draws to a close, the Judiciary Report would like to celebrate the accomplishments of black people in America and around the world. The site would also like to take a look at the state of human rights, concerning the treatment of black people by federal law enforcement, particularly the FBI.

A proper legal system is important to any nation, but when it becomes corrupted, problems arise that are harmful to those in society, deemed at a disadvantage due to race. The law is supposed to give each person a fair shake, but as lawsuits against the FBI have shown, they are actively discriminating against, spying on and abusing blacks and other people of color (Muslims). Nothing good is going to come of what is illegally transpiring.

During the civil rights era, black people fought for equal rights and changes were made in the movement's wake. It's appalling that said rights have been systematically trampled and reversed, by the crooked law enforcement agency that is the FBI. Congress has been complicit in these FBI abuses that are worthy of criminal prosecution. As the saying goes, people who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
