Judge Gets Off Easy After Stripper And Cocaine Scandal

Federal Judge, Jack Camp, was arrested last year on felony charges, for having sex with a stripper and taking illegal narcotics and fraudulently obtained prescription drugs, while being in possession of illegal guns. Most thought he would be locked away for years, as the law dictates.

However, to the public's surprise, he only served 3-weeks in jail. Camp's case is another illustration of the two tiered justice system that penalizes everyday people, while letting rich and famous people get away with murder (sometimes literal murder). It should be one law for everyone. Anything less is corruption.

A 67-year-old federal judge jailed after a crime spree involving drugs, guns and a prostitute was freed on May 9 after serving just three weeks. Judge Jack T. Camp, Jr, a Ronald Reagan appointee, agreed to a plea deal, but many in the legal community believe Camp got off easy. The fallen Georgia judge received 30 days, but he got credit for the initial time he spent in the county jail. “Bringing a gun to a drug deal would have gotten anyone else a mandatory five years in prison,” said Atlanta defense attorney Marcia Shein.

IMF Chief Accused Of Rape Resigns

IMF Chief and politician, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, has been indicated on rape charges, over a sexual assault incident involving a Guinea maid at the Sofitel Hotel in New York. In the wake of the charges, Strauss-Kahn has resigned his post as head of the International Monetary Fund.

He was initially denied bail, but a new judge in the case has granted the reprieve with the provision he remain on house arrest in Manhattan pending trial. If convicted of the charges, 62-year-old Strauss-Kahn could spend the remainder of his natural life behind bars.

What Dupri and others like him, who are keeping up appearances, need to do is sell his jewelry, cars and flashy clothes and make good on his financial obligations. Judge And Her Family Subject Of Police Raid On Easter Sunday

A black South Florida District Judge, Illona Holmes, was held at gunpoint on Easter Sunday, as she and her family were the subject of a mistaken identity case. A neighbor called to report a suspected burglary, but the police went to the wrong house.

The police, who are accused of not identifying themselves, stormed the property of Holmes' sister, Carmita Scarlett, demanding everyone exit the home. Scarlett, who cried over the incident, says she looked through her kitchen window, only to see a man with a gun pointed at her, who she later discovered was a police officer.

Holmes, who is licensed to carry a weapon, drew her gun and ran forward, when she heard her sister scream, "There is a man with a gun and he's going to shoot me!" The judge then exclaimed, "Who are you? What are you doing?" and that's when they finally identified themselves as the police. A officer recognized the judge, after she identified herself and ordered his fellow policemen to lower their guns. The officer also temporarily confiscated the judge's weapon and removed the bullets.

The police officers then got into an argument with the family. According to Scarlett, the officers behaved as though they were the victims and not the family, who is upset they have not been given an apology over the incident. An officer who had a gun on Scarlett told her, "I was fearing for my life. Forget it - I'm out of here."

Judge Holmes has retained noted attorney, Kendall Coffey, to represent her in the matter, but has not disclosed whether she will file suit. In short, this family could have been killed and that is very serious. There seems to be a rash of police officers not identifying themselves as such, before approaching people in an aggressive, physical manner. That is a recipe for disaster.

You see, while some entertainers are commended on blogs for their work, Lohan is constantly ripped for her arrogance, sense of entitlement and cruelty to others, she has physically, emotionally and or financially damaged.

Frequently jailed, former child star, Lindsay Lohan, 24, is said to be depressed over being incarcerated again, for her latest spate of self-destructive and unattractive criminal conduct. Yesterday, Judge Stephanie Sautner, found Lohan guilty of violating her probation, on a string of DUIs, with a new grand theft larceny case, she acquired when stealing a necklace from the Kamofie & Co. jewelry store, in Venice Beach, California.

Lohan has been following the principles of the Kabbalah Centre, as a leaked memo obtained by Radar Online revealed, the cult encourages its followers to steal all they can, as a means of getting ahead in life, which is criminal and despicable.

Lohan has fallen into a depression over her latest scandal, which saw her arrested, jailed at the Lynwood correctional facility and then bailed yesterday. She spent five hour incarcerated until her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed an appeal. She is free on $75,000 bail.

Lohan is slated to return to court, as she fraudulently fights the charges, even in the face of witnesses and video tape evidence showing she committed the crimes she is accused of by the court. Los Angeles prosecutors are also filing an appeal, as the grand theft charges against Lohan were reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor by Judge Sautner.

It's ironic that Hollywood druggie, Lindsay Lohan, is attempting to plea bargain in court, regarding charges of grand theft and violating her probation, stemming from multiple DUIs she accumulated, while being a spoilt, self-serving brat.

A wise judge has declined a custody request by Hollywood drug addict and schizophrenic, Charlie Sheen. The actor petitioned for custody of his young twins Bob and Max and was turned down today. Sheen saw an open window of opportunity this past weekend, when his wife pawned $60,000 in property and proceeded to visit a drug infested Los Angeles neighborhood.

Paparazzi were trailing her the entire time and as she bought the highly addictive drug crack. A local drug dealer spoke to the press about the illegal sale. Mueller then refused to take a drug test, which resulted in her forfeiting custody and heading back to rehab.

Sheen wanted to take the twins on tour with his two live in, drug addicted girlfriends, one of whom is a porn star. This couple has serious problems and the Judiciary Report retains its position of the past few months that custody should go to the twin's grandfather.

Former actress, Lindsay Lohan, is wearing out the pavement in New York, partying up a storm. Paparazzi she tipped off, have followed her to several night clubs and bars all while she is on probation. She is trying to "party like it's 1999" and there is no tomorrow, which would be a really dumb way to go.

What happened to becoming responsible and getting her life in order. Responsible people do not party everyday and linger in watering holes, staring a alcohol like they want to marry it. Take your freckled backside home and play scrabble for a change, you little Kabbalah witch.

Didn't the judge say Lohan wasn't supposed to go places that serve alcohol as their main product, yet she has done just that. Man, if I were the D.A. in Lohan's case, I'd be sitting in my office with a smoothie, reggae CD on, desk emptier than Lindsay's brain, throwing darts at the wall, laughing at how easy that chick is making my job.

In all seriousness, isn't it embarrassing for her to go from starring in studio films, to relying on tipping off paparazzi for income. She keeps sabotaging herself, like she doesn't want to get her life on track.
