As stated on the Judiciary Report in the April 26, 2011 article iPhone Tracking Scandal Gives Insight To Rupert Murdoch Phone Hacking And Wiretapping, Apple is not the only manufacturer to engaging in phone tracking methods. The next day, a class action lawsuit was filed in Michigan by attorney Steven Budaj, regarding Google's Android phones doing the exact same thing, via storing real time GPS locations and other identifying data.

The Judiciary Report has maintained for years, mobile phones can be remotely hacked by others and used to trace users in real time. I've experienced it firsthand, as a victim of stalking, when the insane Hollywood cult Kabbalah, run by crazy pop tart, Madonna, who are both under criminal investigation, regularly confront me with harassing speech and threats at disparate places. Previously, they used Anthony Pellicano and his hackers to illegally wiretap and break into my phones. Now Madonna has other private investigators working for her, such as Gavin DeBecker.

Madonna has a sick habit of paying people to stalk others. She has done this to Dennis Rodman, Carmen Elektra, Guy Ritchie, Jose Canseco and several private citizens, some of whom have sued her for this sick conduct, pioneered by her private eye, Anthony Pellicano.

If you are a victim of stalking, whether you are a private citizen or public figure, your mobile phone and the internet, can become veritable enemies, due to malicious and unbalanced people exploiting and abusing technology to invasively spy on you. Mobile phone makers and internet service providers need to increase their efforts in safeguarding the public's privacy.

On April 11, 2011, the Judiciary Report wrote about GPS tacking/ stalking in the Rupert Murdoch hacking and wiretapping scandal (Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Scandal Runs Way Deeper Than They Are Admitting).

The site stated, "There is also a GPS capability attached to illegal phone hacking and wiretapping, which reveals the target's location at all times. Two weeks later, on April 22, 2011, a big story broke in the mainstream press, regarding the iPhone by Apple, indefinitely storing the GPS locations and movements of users, which could be viewed by others via hacking or by law enforcement, when the unit is plugged into a computer or remotely accessed. The U.S. Congress has subpoenaed the company in the past few days. However, Apple is not the only manufacturer with this feature.

Sienna Miller is one of Murdoch's many victims. He has apologized, but many are not swayed.

Once again, the Judiciary Report has been proven right in its claims. The current Rupert Murdoch scandal, regarding his newspapers criminally hacking and wiretapping entertainers and politicians, turns an ugly spotlight on the insidious practice of "gang stalking" which the Judiciary Report has written about for the past few years.

Murdoch's News International, employed private investigator, Glenn Mulcaire, to do their dirty work that broke the law across the board, via illegally spying on innocent targets. Mulcaire has been arrested on criminal hacking and wiretapping charges in Britain.

Mulcaire directed a group of people, in hacking, wiretapping and stalking entertainers and politicians, using illegally accessed phone GPS data to track them at all times, then relayed the information to Murdoch and his outlets at News International, in search of salacious stories to unlawfully print in their newspapers. This criminal misconduct also constitutes conspiracy and gang stalking.

Conspiracy, in legal circles, indicates the act of two or more people conspiring to break the law. Gang stalking is the act of two or more people stalking another person or group of people. Some in federal law enforcement, such as the FBI, like to sweep these nasty crimes under the rug, but sadly, they exist and people are being violated and harassed due to them.

Conspiracy and gang stalking were also present in the Anthony Pellicano case in America, as the private investigator, retained by Hollywood stars to illegally hack, wiretap, stalk and terrorize their perceived enemies, was under taken by a group of individuals.

Pellicano had a staff of hackers and routinely paid thugs and criminals to stalk, harass and threaten victims of his illegal surveillance, on behalf of cowardly Hollywood stars, he FBI let skate on serious charges. Only an idiot would fail to spot the fact that a group of people illegally hacking, wiretapping and stalking others, is a conspiracy with a side order of gang stalking. Any simpleton with a dictionary should be able to figure that one out.

Pellicano employed illegal wiretaps, GPS trackers for phones and cars, computer hackers and thugs with cameras, to follow victims around 24 hours a day, with the full knowledge of the celebrities that hired him. Excerpted items from the illegal surveillance were then published in the press in a slightly vague manner to inflict distress and psychological abuse on the targets of the illegal surveillance.

For the past decade, on a weekly basis, Madonna has planted deceitful, untruthful stories in the British Press for publicity, most of which came from illegally placed wiretaps and hacks. She has a number of journalists and bloggers on her payroll, who print any stupidity she tells them to. It is through Madonna's criminal misconduct in this realm that the British Press learned and began to employ these criminal tactics of phone hacking to gain scoops and exclusives.

Some of the victims in the current News International scandal are baffled as to how the publications involved, knew their whereabouts, private appointments, personal family developments and sexual relationships on a regular basis.

However, as criminal court cases have illustrated, it is not difficult for a private investigator, some of whom illegally employ hackers, to break into mobile phones and use the GPS tracking available on said units, to know where a target is at all times and what they are up to. The magazine exposes Madonna's shady, greedy, illegal behavior and her disgusting attempts to publicly pin the blame on others, over the criminal fraud she commissioned and executed in the dangerous cult she fronts for cash.

And make no mistake, Madonna has illegally made many millions in cash off the scam that is Kabbalah, which illegally enjoys a "not for profit" status, meaning they pay no taxes anywhere in the world. She could care less about Malawi, the impoverished African nation she has been using to raise money, then pocketing the cash for herself and cronies in her crazy circle.

The Berg family stated they took an oath of poverty, yet all live for free in multi-million dollar Beverly Hills mansions and their bills are paid for by Kabbalah - these expenses include, "Food, furniture, clothing, gas, nannies, tutors, gardeners, housekeepers, personal assistants, and more exotic indulgences such as luxury cars, first-class flights, and spas." Who are they really kidding. That is not an oath of poverty.

The magazine reveals the fact Madonna's corrupt Kabbalah charity that she personally runs, has a multi-million dollar bank account in the Cayman Islands, a banking locale people often use, due to its secrecy laws. This is highly unusual behavior for a charity of any kind, as such organizations are required to be transparent, not stash away stolen money abroad.

It's amazing that once again the Clintons' names have surfaced in connection with Madonna's, as seen in the current Newsweek article, as she has hired the same questionable legal, investigative and public relations people they have employed, while engaging in misconduct. Madonna is a friend of Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, who support Kabbalah and have used their political connections to help the criminal cult.

These are things she'd commissioned private investigators to do to others when her husband was in office and when she was a Senator, then ran for President. Once again, old habits die hard.

In lieu of being fired, Clinton has promised to never seek public office again. If you ask me, she should be in prison. That set seems to have a corruption problem when it comes to privacy and money, as several of Hillary Clinton's campaign people and donors were indicted for financial fraud.

Then they hire spin doctors to try and convince the public their victims are crazy liars. However, if you keep getting busted red handed, engaging in the same perverse privacy and financial crimes over and over again, guess who's the nut - that's right - it's you. Because normal, civilized, decent human beings do not behave in such a dreadful, disgusting, depraved and despicable manner.

A second study has stated mental illness is significantly up in America. A few months ago, the first study stated, 1 in 5 Americans is struggling with mental illness (One in five Americans had mental illness last year). The most recent study released indicates, America, more than any other nation in the world, is prone to bipolar mental disorder, which is serious. Bipolar is the cousin of schizophrenia.

However, it was not always like this in America, which leads me to wonder, if this new breed of Hollywood insanity, courtesy of the cults Kabbalah and Scientology, who interpolate their sick teachings into television shows, movies and music, is creating mental illness in people.

Hollywood, now more than ever, under the direction of Kabbalah and Scientology cult members, have released music, films and television shows that are very mentally disturbed and dark. People are commenting on it. A number of high profile Hollywood stars and behind the scenes people involved in these cults and their subsequent productions, are clinically insane and have experienced very public psychotic episodes.

Even the mainstream ABC News program "20/20" did a feature last week, asking out loud, why so many Hollywood stars are mentally ill. People are noticing it. If you look at the Anthony Pellicano criminal case, for a detailed glimpse into the criminal and crazy activity that goes on in Hollywood, from illegal wiretapping and hacking to assault and attempted murder, you will begin to understand the mental illness running rampant in tinseltown.

In the 1980s and early 1990s, Hollywood made films, shows and music that were not dark and sick. However, since Kabbalah and Scientology began going mainstream, things went straight downhill.

Parents all over the country have complained that Hollywood's programming and music has become very dark, depraved and demented. People have flooded message boards and feedback sections, condemning the terrible themes present in today's entertainment.

When people are exposed to such detrimental entertainment, over and over again, it becomes conditioning that deteriorates mental health. Hollywood is incapable of making normal movies and music anymore. Almost everything has become weird and sick, because they have let the cult inmates run the asylum.
