Baby time! Kim Kardashian put her wedding planning aside and stepped out for Spice Girls singer Mel B's baby shower in Beverly Hills, today


She is just a mere few weeks away from her nuptials to Kris Humpheries.

But putting her wedding plans to the side, Kim Kardashian rather had babies on the mind,today.

The 30-year-old reality star stepped out for Spice Girls singer Mel B's baby shower in Beverly Hills.

Kim was seen leaving for the party alongside her sister Kourtney, with both girls toting perfectly wrapped gifts for the girly celebration.


The brunette-beauty slipped her curves into a sheer zebra-print dress cinched at the waist with a thick leather belt for the occasion.

She accessorised the look with a black leather Hermes Kelly bag and a pair of her obligatory towering platforms.

Kim wore her hair slicked back in a tight pony and applied her usual smoky eye and pale lip make-up combination.

In stark contrast to her sister's monochrome look, Kourtney went more colourful for the occasion in some patterned chiffon shorts and a peach sleeveless shirt.

The 32-year-old extended her height in some beige strappy Christian Louboutin sandals.

Mel B's baby is due later this summer and will be the first child for Mel and her husband Belafonte.

Announcing the pregnancy earlier this year, Mel said: 'We’re really excited. We wouldn’t have planned and waited for four years to have a baby if we weren’t really excited about it and ready for it.

Even though you can never really be truly ready.'

The singer also has two daughters - Phoenix Chi, 12, from her first marriage to backup dancer Jimmy Gulzar, and Angel, four, from her short-lived relationship with Eddie Murphy.

Stephen has a six-year-old daughter Giselle from a previous relationship.

Meanwhile Kim has been sticking to her vow to slim down for her upcoming wedding to Kris.

And she continues to show just how dedicated she is, as she set off for gruelling workouts at Barry's Bootcamp in Los Angeles two days straight.

While she went make-up free this afternoon, yesterday she looked more like her glamorous self after applying a bit of lipstick for a trip to the gym with Kris by her side.

With her wedding just three weeks away, Kim is leaving nothing to chance in her last minute bid to slim down for the big day.

The reality TV star has been hitting the gym not stop and has even enlisted help from not one, but two, personal trainers ahead of her big day.

She has hired Jennifer Lopez's coach Gunnar Peterson and Tracy Anderson, who is famous for her work with Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, to whip her into shape.

The 30-year-old has said she wants to lose 15lbs before walking down the aisle.

Anderson, who sometimes trains her client twice in one day, tells Life&Style magazine:

No joke: Kim was glad to leave the gym yesterday after her gruelling workout at Barry's Bootcamp, which is known for its high-intensity fitness classes


'We don’t want to take away Kim’s amazing curves, so we just do specific movements to tighten the skin and to pull the muscles tight against the bone.'

Peterson has her doing curls and lunges with him two to three times a week.

On top of that, Kim still plans to continue sessions at Barry’s Bootcamp, which offers high-intensity interval training classes.

And it's no wonder she's pulling out all the stops as she works to looked her very best in a Vera Wang gown.

While she has only been engaged to basketball player Kris Humphries since May, she can't wait to be his wife.

She recently told Cosmopolitan Magazine: 'When you know you want to spend your life with someone, why wait?

'Plus Kris has time off over the summer from playing basketball, so it makes sense.'

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star says she knew early on that Humphries, 26, would be her future husband.

'I knew he was The One,' she says. 'Often in relationships, you try to mould yourself into someone you think the guy wants.

'But with Kris, I was totally myself from the get-go.

'And he was everything I'd ever wanted in a man. It all just worked.'
