The Political Tool Of Choice For A Police State

U.S. President Barack Obama and Congress, have renewed the very unpopular, Patriot Act, extending it for another four years. The Patriot Act grants the FBI and other agencies, the legal right to invasively spy on you in your home, at work and in public.

The FBI, under Robert S. Mueller, repeatedly violated the alleged safeguards written into the Patriot Act legislation and each time they went back to the President and Congress, demanding even more power to pry into Americans' lives.

The FBI has used roving bugs (to listen into people's conversations, via switching on the mic in their mobile phones, anywhere and anytime they feel like). The FBI has also remotely and secretly accessed people's computers and turned on the webcams to spy on them in their homes.

The Patriot Act extends to wiretapping your home and mobile phone, reading your emails, accessing your computers via a software trojan and manufacturer backdoors (CIPAV), scanning your bank accounts, anonymously pulling your credit report, GPS tracking, physical surveillance stalking, if you are targeted by the White House, a member(s) of Congress or the FBI.

However, the Patriot Act has been abused by the government for political control, using the FBI to spy on domestic political rivals, scientists, doctors, journalists and bloggers, in gaining an undue advantage in elections. It has also been used for economic theft, in criminal violation of domestic and international law, to benefit large corporations. The "war on terror" is being used as a "war on privacy" regarding innocent Americans. More often than not, the Patriot Act has been used to spy on innocent people, than actual lawbreakers.

It was nothing but a con to turn America into a police state, where Washington would have complete control and autonomous power, which is unconstitutional. It's a government "for the people by the people" not to spy on the people.

In an act of pure hypocrisy and arrogance, Rupert Murdoch, owner of News Corp, has launched a whistleblower site called Safehouse. Wherever did you get that name from for the site (he knows exactly what I mean by that jab, which will be revealed shortly).

There’s nothing wrong with whistleblowing, but when it is a man that has criminally commissioned the hacking and wiretapping of thousands of innocent people, then illegally printed the contents of their personal lives in his newspapers and streamed it on TV, as scoops and exclusives, all for greedy profit, there is something very disturbing about it.

Murdoch has a penchant for breaking the law and should not be hosting a whistleblower site…unless it’s to tell on himself, regarding the laundry list of crimes he has committed in numerous countries of the world. Recently, U.S. President Barack Obama, announced he is seeking to extend the 10-year term of inept, failure prone FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller. Congress established a 10-year term limit on the post, due to the terrible and egregious criminal abuses committed by former FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, who is disgracefully credited with terrorizing civil rights hero, Martin Luther King Jr. and according to former agents, commissioning his murder.

Hoover used illegal spying on innocent people, via abusive wiretaps, audio bugging of homes and offices and delving into financial records, to blackmail Congress and the White House, keeping them under his thumb. He knew all their secrets and would publicly use it if they tried to replace him at the FBI. As such, an unrepentantly evil Hoover held the post until he died (and presumably descended into hell).

Obama is seeking a two year extension for Mueller, a man that has violated the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code for the President, in illegally spying on political enemies, rivals and outspoken critics, giving him the contents of their phone calls, emails, computers, daily movements and financial holdings.

Obama is very grateful and wants to repay him with an extended term, which spits on the Congressional term limit that was appropriately put in place. According to the mainstream press, Congress is expected to approve the extension of Mueller's term, which will please Obama, as the illegal spying to gain a political advantage, can continue.

However, some press outlets are reporting FBI supervisors are not happy with the news and want Mueller gone from the agency. Mueller is known for his abusiveness at the agency, in conduct which extends to unlawfully retaliating against FBI employees that are whistleblowers. Additionally, if one does not kiss Mueller's overrated, power mad backside at the FBI, one is out of a job.

FBI supervisors are calling President Obama a "hypocrite" for keeping Mueller on beyond the term limit. Furthermore, what's the sense of the law, if people consistently seek to flout it from elected and federally appointed posts. It sets a bad example to the watching nation and world.

FBI supervisors and agents are upset that Obama did not seek their opinions before making this rash and damaging decision, especially in a way that would not leave them open to retaliatory abuse from Mueller, which he is famous for in law enforcement circles.

A few quotes reveal the mood at the FBI over the President's presumption self-serving decision, "'People are up in arms about this,' said one agent, who likened the news to 'a shot in the kneecaps.' 'We have lost valuable experience' the agent said. 'I’ve seen people, some really significant contributors to this organization and to this country, who are questioning their self-worth now and who are basically bitter.'"

Yea, one would be bitter when a corrupt FBI Director routinely demands they break the law, illegally spy on innocent Americans and foreign citizens in perverse ways, rough up conscientious objectors that peacefully denounce the wars in the Middle East and cover up a nasty case, where Mueller cost many innocent people their lives.

If you ask me, Mueller is using what he has over Obama to stay in that job for the rest of his life, much like Hoover did to other U.S. Presidents and members of Congress. It was all smiles for the cameras, but behind closed doors, people despised his dirty practices and wanted him gone. History is repeating itself.

On April 11, 2011, the Judiciary Report wrote about GPS tacking/ stalking in the Rupert Murdoch hacking and wiretapping scandal (Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Scandal Runs Way Deeper Than They Are Admitting).

The site stated, "There is also a GPS capability attached to illegal phone hacking and wiretapping, which reveals the target's location at all times. Another feature law enforcement, such as the FBI and hackers, have questionably utilized, is the surreptitious act of secretly turning on the camera of the target's mobile phone and visually spying on them through it. Two weeks later, on April 22, 2011, a big story broke in the mainstream press, regarding the iPhone by Apple, indefinitely storing the GPS locations and movements of users, which could be viewed by others via hacking or by law enforcement, when the unit is plugged into a computer or remotely accessed. The U.S. Congress has subpoenaed the company in the past few days. However, Apple is not the only manufacturer with this feature.

Murdoch's News International, employed private investigator, Glenn Mulcaire, to do their dirty work that broke the law across the board, via illegally spying on innocent targets. Mulcaire has been arrested on criminal hacking and wiretapping charges in Britain.

Mulcaire directed a group of people, in hacking, wiretapping and stalking entertainers and politicians, using illegally accessed phone GPS data to track them at all times, then relayed the information to Murdoch and his outlets at News International, in search of salacious stories to unlawfully print in their newspapers. This criminal misconduct also constitutes conspiracy and gang stalking.

Conspiracy, in legal circles, indicates the act of two or more people conspiring to break the law. Gang stalking is the act of two or more people stalking another person or group of people. Some in federal law enforcement, such as the FBI, like to sweep these nasty crimes under the rug, but sadly, they exist and people are being violated and harassed due to them.

Pellicano had a staff of hackers and routinely paid thugs and criminals to stalk, harass and threaten victims of his illegal surveillance, on behalf of cowardly Hollywood stars, he FBI let skate on serious charges. Media baron, Rupert Murdoch, chairman of News Corp and News International, has proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that he cannot be trusted. His companies are mired in a terrible, criminal invasion of privacy scandal, which involves phone hacking and wiretapping.

Since the time I broke the story in 2005 and was the first to out Murdoch and company on this thoroughly criminal misconduct, having experienced it firsthand and having to file a police complaint over it, small inquiries have been done by the Metropolitan Police, with few arrests being made (Rupert Murdoch Finally Admits His Company's Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Crimes).

In spite of the fact he is a family man, Murdoch has no qualms about violating the privacy of other families

Even in the face of the arrests, Murdoch, who knew of, commissioned, condoned and participated in the criminal misconduct, never once desisted engaging in said criminal behavior. He is unrepentant and stubbornly so, as Murdoch and his employees believe they are above everyone else and entitled to criminally violate the privacy of anyone they deem a profitable target.

This is a man that has been sharing classified information with anyone he sees fit, in conduct that has crossed into criminal territory, via what can only be referred to as spying. He was quite foolish to do this, but such is Murdoch's arrogance that he bought into the delusion he can commit any foul crime and get away with it. Well he can’t and he shall learn that under the harshest possible terms, within the scope of the law. There is more to this scandal than meets the eye and Murdoch will answer for it within the confines of the law.

Rupert Murdoch and co. have also disgraced the Metropolitan Police. People are actively asking in the press, on video and in feedback sections online, why the Metropolitan Police launched a "cover up." No one was worth the police’s name, as that means the British public losing confidence and trust in their authorities.

How can this be a good thing...and all over Murdoch. It is time he is reined in, as he is breaking the law. Murdoch is a corrupt criminal meddling in international politics, in ways that are completely illegal. This behavior must not be tolerated, as it flies in the face of democracy.

News Corp. chairman, Rupert Murdoch, is embroiled in an illegal wiretapping and hacking scandal, for which he has admitted liability and apologized for criminally spying on people in the entertainment industry and politics.

However, his conduct also wreaks of someone spying on one world government for another. The mere fact he has been caught red-handed hacking and wiretapping politicians and so frequently likes to use his newspapers in attempts to swinging elections in his native Australia, Britain and America, to name a few, forms the profile of a spy.

Rupert Murdoch, his wife and one of his grandkids kids. It's amazing - both he and his children are in diapers (nappies). Ah, the circle of life.

No, not that cloak and dagger stuff and hiding in the bushes outside embassies, looking like the guy from the Pink Panther. If you illegally obtain information on one world government and share it with another, you are a spy selling out a country's national secrets and interests. I have it on good authority Mr. Murdoch has done just that.

I am of the belief Murdoch has become power mad and lost himself in the self-appointed role of king of the world. Well, sorry, no one voted him in that position, so he needs to get a hold of himself. Murdoch has overstepped the mark in a very egregious way and needs to be reined in, as no one should be allowed to so brazenly interfere in world governments and on such an illegal level.

Not only is Murdoch being accused of blackmail, it is also being stated he used derogatory information gleamed during the illegal spying, to negotiate a better tax rate for News Corp. and its subsidiaries.

This criminal misconduct is highly illegal, not to mention brazenly arrogant. Who is he to hack and wiretap and sitting head of state. Murdoch has crossed the line. In his unlawful surveillance of the British Prime Minister in his own nation, in addition to criminally spying on Members of Parliament, Murdoch has been made illegally privy to national secrets, which is a big no no.

As a member of the Commonwealth, I don't like this at all, as Murdoch is not a duly elected government official and should not know national secrets. Full stop. Murdoch has also shown himself to be an unhinged, money obsessed, power hungry, selfish man, looking out for number one and not the common good of the public.

Murdoch is well known in international circles for interfering in world politics. The world governments he is spying on, need to legally take him by the scruff of the neck and remind him why laws were enacted in the first place.

The Mayor of London, England, Boris Johnson, is urging all involved in the disgraceful phone hacking and wiretapping scandal to come forward, as he believes some are keeping silent about their involvement in the crimes. Thus far, several employees of Rupert Murdoch's News International have been arrested for hacking into and wiretapping the mobile phones of high profile and connected people in politics and the entertainment industry.

Johnson is correct in stating others involved in wrongdoing in said scandal remain at large. I know for a fact the Sun Newspaper UK and Daily Mail UK have heavily employed these criminal tactics and unrepentantly so. There are also people at Fox News and the TMZ website in America, who are also involved in the very same criminal misconduct.

In the 1980s, Madonna was one of the first clients of now incarcerated private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, who was convicted in America in 2008, of illegal wiretapping, hacking, identify theft, racketeering and harassment, done on behalf of Hollywood stars that paid him $100,000 for his services.

Pellicano, a member of the mafia, worked for the National Enquirer tabloid in America during the 1980s, where he pioneered the very same criminal tactics of phone wiretapping, hacking and audio bugging, which have surfaced in the British Press in the past six years, culminating in the reboot of the News International scandal.

Once the check cleared and the illegal spying and harassment campaigns began, Pellicano would send numerous Hollywood stars illegal wiretap transcripts of phone calls, the contents of hacked computers, round the clock surveillance photos and activity summaries of their chosen targets (down to what they bought in the supermarket).

Pellicano employed illegal wiretaps, GPS trackers for phones and cars, computer hackers and thugs with cameras, to follow victims around 24 hours a day, with the full knowledge of the celebrities that hired him. Excerpted items from the illegal surveillance were then published in the press in a slightly vague manner to inflict distress and psychological abuse on the targets of the illegal surveillance.

For the past decade, on a weekly basis, Madonna has planted deceitful, untruthful stories in the British Press for publicity, most of which came from illegally placed wiretaps and hacks. She has a number of journalists and bloggers on her payroll, who print any stupidity she tells them to. It is through Madonna's criminal misconduct in this realm that the British Press learned and began to employ these criminal tactics of phone hacking to gain scoops and exclusives.

Some of the victims in the current News International scandal are baffled as to how the publications involved, knew their whereabouts, private appointments, personal family developments and sexual relationships on a regular basis.

However, as criminal court cases have illustrated, it is not difficult for a private investigator, some of whom illegally employ hackers, to break into mobile phones and use the GPS tracking available on said units, to know where a target is at all times and what they are up to. As mentioned here, roving bugs are also employed.

Madonna also befriended Rupert Murdoch's daughter, Elisabeth Murdoch, whilst living in London. Rupert Murdoch owns News International, which is at the heart of the current phone hacking scandal in Britain. It has been heavily featured in the British press that Madonna regularly invited the Murdoch spawn over for dinner.

Madonna also got Elisabeth Murdoch involved in her greedy cult Kabbalah, who are under criminal investigation in America. Elisabeth Murdoch oversees an entertainment company called Shine that has outright broken the law in several nations in conjunction with Madonna and her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie.

Many people in America and the international community, are struggling under the weight of the global financial crisis, which began in the United States. Some are living paycheck to paycheck, while others are unemployed and concerned about losing their homes.

Most people would be satisfied with being able to make their mortgage payments and put food on the table. Yet the Murdochs and Madonnas of this world, who have made money, the latter through very questionable and illegal means, are ungrateful wretches, who not happy unless they are abusing others.

In short, some people have too much time and money on their hands and as a result, stoop to abominable lows the rest of mankind wouldn't dare to plumb, as it is debasing and disgusting. I am of the belief, when such people abuse their freedom, by criminally violating the rights of others, they should go to prison for it, as their conduct sets nasty precedents in society that need to be boxed down swiftly in a court of law, to prevent it ever happening again.

When people become so arrogant they determine their rights are greater than everyone else's and as such, they are somehow entitled to abuse others in very personal, tangible, demeaning and disgraceful ways, they ought to face the full wrath of the law for violating the innocent.

On October 17, 2005, I filed a formal complaint with the Metropolitan Police in London, regarding Madonna and the British based company News Group Newspapers, owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, illegally wiretapping me and hacking into my computers, using items from said unlawful surveillance for their publications.

They repeatedly engaged in the aforementioned misconduct to steal scoops and exclusives from my columns, before they were published online each day and to pry into items I privately discussed over the telephone with politically and musically connected people.

You guys that read my sites regularly have witnessed the way it works. I print a scoop or exclusive, wait for the brown stuff to hit the fan, the truth comes out, proving my claims true and correct, then I place the item on the exclusives page and case closed. The Sound Off Column and the Judiciary Report have gained a lot of readers due to said exclusives being timely and accurate.

The Metropolitan Police told me over the phone in 2005 that because I reside on U.S. soil, they would be unable to pursue the case, as it falls under the FBI's jurisdiction. However, they also informed me "Don't hold your breath" regarding "the FBI" as they "only pursue cases" with significant "financial" damages.

Ironically, the Metropolitan Police took the tip from my formal complaint in 2005 and six months later in the summer of 2006, they arrested people from the very company I complained of and sued, News Group Newspapers, for illegally wiretapping and hacking the Royal Family and several other individuals.

Other people in the entertainment industry hired lawyers when they heard of the arrests, to probe if they were hacked and illegally wiretapped as well. Turns out, Mr. Murdoch and News Group Newspapers, invaded the privacy of hundreds of people.

This week, after six years, News Corp's subsidiary, News Group Newspapers, publicly apologized to their victims for criminally invading their privacy, as more of their employees have been arrested in connection with the case. It takes a sick set of minds to sit around and conspire, "Hey let's wiretap and hack a whole bunch of people in politics and the entertainment industry, then publish the illegally obtained items from the unlawful spying, as scoops and exclusives in our newspapers and on our websites."

But that's exactly what happened and I told the truth from the very beginning and have been proven right. Small consolation, as the FBI swept the matter under the rug, in exchange for a bribe Madonna issued to its director, Robert S. Mueller.

Ironically, items I said and gave the FBI during a 2005 interview, in addition to excerpts from my websites, were used VERBATIM in the criminal trial of Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, but I was denied justice, due to the bribe Madonna issued Mueller. How dishonorable and corrupt.

One of my most reliable sources that has provided many of my exclusives, informed me Mueller took a million dollar bribe to not pursue charges against her for the laundry list of crimes she committed against me, which include, but are not limited to, commissioned illegal wiretapping, hacking, harassment and criminal copyright infringement.

Regarding News Corp and its chairman, Rupert Murdoch, he had a much greater role in this entire scandal in Britain and America than he is admitting. I know for a fact people's private computer documents, emails, telephone calls and messages (transcripts) crossed his desk and he publicly utilized them for personal gain, all in violation of the law in several countries. However, because he is a billionaire with a newspaper and television empire, he has bought his way out of trouble and prison, which is corrupt.

But word of warning, you cross me again and invade my privacy once more and you're not going to like what I publish about you to the millions of people that read my sites. Yes, you have newspaper ink. But I have internet ink, which can be just as dangerous to anyone breaking the law as you are doing. You've been warned.
