Australian cricketer Adam Gilchrist Speaked Hindi In IPL Awards

Good morning my juicy-spicy jalapenos! I don't know whether to blame the weather or the absence of my silver-bearded Vijjy, but I'm just too lazy these days to even stir out of my satin gulabi sheets. But then, life never pauses, right? So, without a comma, full-stop or an apostrophe between us, here's your staple diet of what's happening in various Bollywood homes and lives!

Shah Rukh Khan has been in great spirits, I hear! Oooh, I hope he's not surrounded by spirits of another kind, a la Shabana Azmi in that Gurinder Chadha movie. Not really, thank God! Turns out that he's brought Geeta Basra (remember she's the dusky actress linked with cricketer Harbhajan Singh) back into the spotlight. No, it's not because the man is impressed with GB's movies, rather he's impressed with the choice of her man.

At the recent Sahara IPL Awards, Khansaab took on Bhajji's case, since Geeta and he have been denying their affair at every given occasion. With statements like, "Bhajji apka ghar kab Basra hai?" he had the boisterous cricketer blushing and smiling-shyling. There was one more googly: "Geeta ki kasam kha kar kaho?" And one more and one more...

After he got fed up of Bhajji's Geeta paath, SRK shifted his attention to Australian cricketer Adam Gilchrist. The poor wicket keeper from the land Down Under doesn't speak shudh Hindustani. So, Mr Khan decided to make him say, "I love your country" in Hindi. Gilly instead came up with, "Main tumhare bachche ki maa bannewaali hoon." Hmm, now that calls for a pregnant pause!
